Description
To carry out various Reactive Repairs to occupied properties within the Council Housing stock located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire. The East Riding of Yorkshire Council owns and controls approximately 12,000 properties with more properties being added on a regular basis. The contract scope requires the successful supplier(s) to provide a qualified and experienced team to carry out all Reactive Repairs under Objectives 1-9, with the provision of a 24/7 Call-Out Service for Objectives 1, 2 & 3 for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in that specific lot, within the prescribed times. Working restrictions will apply.
