Description

The purchase of the analysis instrument Architect from Abbott Norge, to Vestre Viken, c/o the clinic at Kongsberg hospital. Vestre Viken, c/o the clinic at Kongsberg hospital and Drammen hospital are currently using the analysis instrument Architect from Abbott Norge. The instrument conducts analyses in clinical chemistry and immunology/hormones. An instrument at Kongsberg Hospital must be replaced with a new equivalent instrument. Kongsberg Hospital is a local hospital and is dependent on back-up from Drammen Hospital, in relation to analyses/methods and personnel. Only the current supplier can replace the Architect instruments with the same methods and consequently at the same level of analysis results, which is crucial for good and safe patient treatment.
