Contract to provide cleaning services to 4 schools in The 3-18 Education Trust based in Shropshire consisting of 3 secondary and one primary schools. Lot 1: The 3-18 Education Trust Cleaning Services at Coleham Primary School and The Thomas Adams School You are invited to submit a Tender for the provision of cleaning services to The 3-18 Education Trust in the following Lots: Lot 1: - The Thomas Adams School, Lowe Hill Gardens, Wem, Shrewsbury SY4 5UB - Coleham Primary School, Greyfriars Rd, Coleham, Shrewsbury SY3 7EN The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years, commencing from Friday 1st April 2022 with the option to extend this for up to a further 2 years. This option will be measured against achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators from day one of the contract. Lot 2: The 3-18 Education Trust Contract for cleaning services at St Martins 3-16 School You are invited to submit a Tender for the provision of cleaning services to The 3-18 Education Trust in the following Lots: Lot 2: St Martin 3-16 School, Moors Bank, St Martin's, Oswestry SY10 7BD The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years, commencing from Friday 1st April 2022 with the option to extend this for up to a further 2 years. This option will be measured against achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators from day one of the contract. Lot 3: The 3-18 Education Trust Contract for Cleaning Services at The Priory School You are invited to submit a Tender for the provision of cleaning services to The 3-18 Education Trust in the following Lots: Lot 3: The Priory School, Longden Rd, Shrewsbury SY3 9EE The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years, commencing from Friday 1st April 2022 with the option to extend this for up to a further 2 years. This option will be measured against achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators from day one of the contract.
