Cyber Range Training Solutions for the GSA

Description

The objective of this Invitation to tender is to conclude a direct supply contract for the provision of a cyber range platform for the Galileo Security Monitoring Center (GSMC), with related support services, as well as the provision of training. Lot 1: The GSA intends to procure a cyber range solution, which is a cyber defence training system, based on a controlled and isolated virtual environment, designed to simulate part or the whole network and systems of an organisation. This way all the cyber range scenarios are run in a fully-mastered, controlled and isolated environment. The solution subject to this procurement should provide up-to-date practical training on the most comprehensive security strategy and real-life cyberattacks. The cyber range solution to be procured should provide simulation training based on different architectures and scenarios. The different architectures are, for training purposes, representative of the real infrastructure, allowing to have a comprehensive set of meaningful threat scenarios and cyberattacks. The contract to be awarded will also cover the provision of trainings for sim-officers, administrators and of operators, the execution of training scenarios and the preparation of customised virtual infrastructures.
