Description

The green axis is a park and urban area axis in the centre of Bergen. The axis is made up of urban areas and parks with a distinctive stamp and character, and is, together with Torget and Bryggen, an important identity area for Bergen. The aim of the assignment is to get access to competence from a professional environment for consultancy and engineering design assignments within the project area, which we see there is a need for in the coming years. A general knowledge basis is to be prepared in the assignment, together with planning and implementing the sub-project. The estimated value of the framework agreement, including options, is approx. NOK 15 million. The maximum value for assignments under the framework agreement is NOK 20 million. Lot 1: The project area stretches from the Theatre and the Theatre Park in the west - through Øvre Ole Bulls plass, Kong Olav Vs plass and Torgallmenningen, Nedre Ole Bulls plass, Byparken, Festplassen and Lille Lungegårdsvann and the Library Park to the library in the east. The axis cross several roads in the city centre: Veiten, Olav Kyrres gate, Christies gate and Strømgaten. The axis crosses the important City Axis - the central axis between Johanneskirken and Fløyen. The project area therefore includes the junction between the axes. The assignment will include work on consultancy and engineering design assignments at different levels and with different time perspectives. General mapping, analysis and design are to be developed in partially integrated and partially parallel courses. The budget, complexity, and progress will vary between the different assignments. The assignment requires a general approach to the project area, and a multi-disciplinary approach to the need within the area. The assignment requires professional competence within urban design, and the development of urban and park areas, city life, and cultural memorials and cultural memorial management, together with the necessary technical professions. The assignment covers two different types of main assignments: - General knowledge basis -- Concerns the preparation of a knowledge basis for the project area on a general level, and covers the project area as a whole. - Sub-project -- Concerns a sub-project within the project area, and will cover engineering design work for solutions for specific areas or elements.
