T25-039ENV Deep Cleaning of City, Town, and Village Centre Paved Surfacing

Description

Derry City and Strabane District Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent industrial cleaning contractor to undertake the deep cleansing of paved surfaces including the Public Realm Chinese granite paved surfacing, other paved surfacing within the Derry City Centre, Strabane Town Centre and paving in Castlederg, Sion Mills and Newtownstewart. The contractor will be required to deep clean the surfaces on a number of occasions during the year ranging from 1 to 6 occasions depending on the cleanliness levels required all as directed by Contract Manager. Additionally, portions of surfacing may require more frequent cleaning due to a number of factors including higher footfall adjacent to fast food outlets, Taxi ranks etc. This additional cleaning will be carried out at the sole discretion and instruction of the Streetscape Manager.
