Building completion work

Description

The framework agreement, hereafter called the contract, will cover the contracting authority's need for services within builder services and materials for minor and major assignments. The contract includes maintenance work, improvements, repairs, and alterations with the accompanying materials within builder services. In addition, the contract includes individual assignments for both coordination responsibility and total responsibility for assignments. The work must be carried out in such a way that there is the least possible inconvenience for those in the building, including tidying, sweeping, vacuum cleaning at the end of the working day. Particular consideration must be taken to ensure safety during work in areas where there are children and/or users/patients.
