The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) wishes to engage with the market: 1. To establish the nature, structure, and capacity of the market for the provision of Ground Transportation and Fleet Management Services, 2. To improve the DFAT’s knowledge of the range of suppliers of Ground Transportation and Fleet Management Services in the market and their capacity to provide services for a programme of events at the scale, duration, complexity, and security profile of a typical Presidency of the Council of the EU, 3. To identify any obstacles or risk factors associated with the provision and delivery of Ground Transportation and Fleet Management Services for Ireland’s Presidency of the Council of the EU from 1 July 2026, 4. To gather pricing models information and establish indicative costing methodologies, 5. To make suppliers in the market aware of the possible forthcoming procurement opportunity.
