Full Scale WaveSub Platform System Design

Description

Marine Power Systems (MPS) is developing flexible ocean energy extraction technology that can harness wave energy (WaveSub), wind energy (WindSub) and combined wind and wave energy (DualSub). All the machines share a common floating platform technology developed by and proprietary to MPS that has cost and deployment advantages over other floating platform approaches. The work being tendered in this package is to confirm the proposed concept is optimized, and the design for the platform system full scale WaveSub prototype which will be manufactured in 2021. The system will need to be designed to work together with other subsystems to enable a safe and efficient deployment process at sea.
