Description
The project includes extensive demolition and strip-out works, removing vinyl flooring, coved skirting, cupboards, shelving, rails, and redundant wall and ceiling elements, including grid and plasterboardceilings. Walls will then be prepared and finished as specified. Fixtures will include new base cupboards, worktops, and curtain rails installed according to drawings. Sanitary installations will feature clinical wash-hand basins and associated sanitaryware in patient toilets.
