Catering Street Vendor for Dumfries Ice Bowl

Mobile food unit to occupy designated space within the car park at Dumfries Ice Bowl, from 31 October 2025 up until 31 January 2026 (the end date will be notified to the supplier once the facilities kitchen space becomes available). Any appointed supplier must have obtained a valid street trader's permit and food handling certification. The Council will not pay for this contract and this provides a concessionary opportunity for a street vendor to sell within the Council's property. The catering provision will be provided on dates as notified by the Council to the vendor to support at events hosted at the venue. Lot 1: Provision of a street vendor to provide catering facilities at Dumfries Ice Bowl, King Street, Dumfries, DG2 9AN.. The contract was awarded as a direct award based on pre-market engagement undertaken with licensed traders to establish who has capacity to meet the requirements.
