Reports for the purposes of Appropriate Assessment (AA) and Strategic Environmental Appraisal (SEA) to be prepared for a new Renewable Energy Strategy (RES) for County Mayo as part of a variation of the Mayo County Development Plan 2022-2028 Reports for the purposes of Appropriate Assessment (AA) and Strategic Environmental Appraisal (SEA) to be prepared for Variations of the following i. Proposed Variation of Mayo County Development Plan 2022-2028 a. Amendment to Core and Settlement Strategy ii. Proposed Variation to Land Use Zonings for a. Castlebar Local Area Plan 2023-2029, b. Ballina Local Area Plan 2024-2030 c. Westport Local Area Plan 2024-2030. The variations will be required to align with National Planning Framework (NPF) Housing Growth Requirements to be set for Co. Mayo.
