TU Dublin seeks to procure the technical consultancy services of an Architect-led Multi-disciplinary Design Team for the design and delivery of Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) Work Stages (i)-(v) for the refurbishment and fit-out works at Park House, Grangegorman, Dublin, D07 EWV4. The refurbished space at lower ground, upper ground, first and second floors will accommodate the temporary move of the TU Dublin School of Architecture, Building and Environment from Linenhall to Park House.
