Qualification Panel(s) for Energy Services -Consultancy and Works

Description

The Contracting Authority proposes creation of two(2) qualification panel(s) for Energy Services – Consultancy and Works. During the Term, when a requirement arises under this procurement process, suppliers on the Qualification Panel(s) who have been deemed suitably qualified may be invited to submit a tender for such requirements. The scope of consultancy and works includes the following: Services & expertise required include, but are not limited to: -Energy Management Services -Building/site energy audits, surveys, energy modelling -Measurement, monitoring, targeting, controlling, verifying, calibrating services/systems -Commercial building energy ratings (BER’s) & display energy certificates (DEC’s) -Energy procurement & risk management -Energy Supply Side Services - Supply, Installations, Maintenance – Greening of Supply/Renewables, on site storage solutions -Deep retrofit design The energy sources include, but are not limited to: -Electricity -Gas - thermal -Water -Fuels for transport
