Description
The aim of the contract is cover the Norwegian Defence's need for safety courses on a track for heavy vehicles (driving licence classes C, CE, and D). Lot 1: It is obligatory to complete a safety course on a track to get a permanent driving licence within the heavy vehicle driving licence classes. The Traffic Education Regulations, section 28-1 state that a safety course on a track must be completed for classes C, CE, and D at the latest 1 year after a driving licence has been issued. The requirement for completing a safety course on a track for heavy vehicles is pursuant to the Traffic Education Regulations, chapter 28 and section 5-4.
