Description

The project is the Upgrade of the Cells and Prisoner Processing Area and associated general works at Bantry Garda Station, Bantry, Co Cork. The Gross Internal Floor Area of the Works Area is Approx 155m2. The refurbishment of existing Garda Station cells and prisoner processing areas. Full strip out works including internal demolitions, replacement doors, new internal partitions, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, full replacement of Mechanical and Electrical installations to suit revised layouts. New works including below ground services and all required temporary hoardings to facilitate the works at Bantry Garda District HQ, The Quay, Bantry, Co Cork, P75 R266.
