Health and care services in the home of a user with ALS Lot 1: The procurement concerns the purchase of assistance in the home of an individual user with ALS. It is not possible to carry out the tender contest without publishing confidential information about the user. The user and their guardians do not agree to release such information to anyone other than the chosen tenderer. Cf. the PPR Section § 30.4
