Specialised photography services

Description

Highways England would like to inform suppliers of a potential procurement that will take place over the few months for the provision of film and photography services. The organisation is looking for a supplier, or set of suppliers to provide the business with flexible and competent film and photography services including but not limited to: — the provision of photographers and videographers to use industry-standard digital hardware and image/video formats, — a network of the above which is able to travel to all locations on the Highways England estate (motorways, trunk roads, corporate offices, control rooms, traffic officer outstations and external meeting venues), — aerial photography and film, — time-lapse for various durations, from one day/night, to multiple months, — post-production of photography and film files, where required, using standard file types, — admin support for digital asset management system.
