Responsive Roofing Repair Framework

Description

Gentoo Group require the establishment of a framework agreement of up to 6 suppliers to support our Property Maintenance department with routine and reactive repair works / small scale replacements to roofing on our domestic properties (including garages). The framework agreement will be a 12 month agreement with the option to extend by a further 3 x 12 month periods. The contract extension will be determined by The Suppliers performance and there still being a requirement and budget by The Group. Due to the reactive nature of this service, Gentoo cannot guarantee any levels of activity or spend throughout the framework agreement, however the estimated value of spend per annum excluding VAT is £125k.
