Description
The contest is for a framework agreement (the Framework Agreement) for the procurement of commercially available off the shelf licences for Kristiansand Municipality. Microsoft licences are not included in the Framework Agreement. The objective of the Framework Agreement is to ensure the contracting authority access to commercially available off the shelf software licences throughout the entire contract period. Individual procurements of software valued at more than NOK 1 million excluding VAT are exempt from the Framework Agreement.
