Description

The work will comprise the scheduled maintenance of existing sprinkler systems installed at 7nr different developments serving approximately 103nr individual properties/rooms and including plant rooms and communal areas/offices. The contract will be let for an initial 2-year period with the potential for further annual contract extensions, up to a maximum of two further years. Lot 1: The client is seeking to contract with one contractor to provide the maintenance and repair of the existing sprinkler installations at the sites detailed elsewhere in this contract notice for an initial 2-year period and with the option to extend the contract on an annual basis thereafter, up to a maximum of two additional years.
