TII379 Hybrid Working Fit-out Phase 2

Description

Remove and dispose of some or all existing furniture from open plan areas and replace with collaboration and new desk furniture in accordance with layout plans provided. The works are at ground, first and second floor levels of the Liffey building only, and will include associated cabling to IT fit out, including desk installations, collaboration area screens, etc. The IT hardware fit out (PC’s, laptops, screens, etc.) IT fit out will be specified, supplied and installed by TII. All cabling, including changes to existing cabling, will be carried out by the Contractor. Floor areas as follows: ground floor - 567sqm; first floor - 651sqm; second floor - 715sqm.
