Severn Trent Services (Water & Sewerage) Limited, t/a Severn Trent Connect (ST Connect) intends to procure works for the design and construction of a new wastewater treatment facility to serve Land northwest of Dobbs Beck, with access from North Walsham Road, Beeston St Andrew, Norfolk. The project will include: Design and construction of the wastewater treatment facility Discharge of all relevant planning conditions and statutory requirements All associated civil engineering and structural works Mechanical and electrical installations Instrumentation, Controls & Automation (MEICA) and all associated commissioning Associated roads, paths, and fencing Ancillary buildings (including welfare facilities) Security systems and fire protection systems Compliance with environmental and regulatory standards The procurement will be conducted under the Competitive Flexible Procedure. Tender publication is anticipated in March 2026 and contract award in August 2026.
