YPO are looking for suppliers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of building envelope services. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations, which includes YPO’s internal requirements and any of YPO’s wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies. Glazing, curtain walling, facades, cladding (including rainscreens), brise soleil, rooflights, canopies, insulation and fire stop. Doors — manual, automatic and revolving. Roofing, soffits, gutters, facias, insulation and parapets. Fire escapes, exterior stair structures and balconies. Scaffolding services. Way-finding signage and mapping services. There is a possibility that this DPS will be renewed after 6.5 years from the commencement date. Inspection and surveying services including asbestos surveys. Stone and concrete repairs and cleaning services, including chimneys, flues, ducting. Total building envelope services.
