Description

The Foundation wishes to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement with a maximum of 8 suppliers who will then be in a position to respond to the needs of the Foundation for hosting and bandwidth services to provide computing infrastructure. Hosting Services: Services that typically have a known volume of users, that have to authenticate to access content and services. Such services typically have a predictable demand and are suitable for hosting within a more traditional hosting centre offering co-location hosting. The supply of cloud hosting services, that provide information and resources on a specific topic, have restricted access and typically have a demand profile that varies in an unpredictable way.
