***PRE MARKET ENGAGEMENT - This is NOT a tender exercise by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive *** The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (The Housing Executive) is seeking to engage the market about the establishment of a Framework for the Provision of Agency Workers. The aim of this pre market engagement is to obtain a market view of the potential requirements through a pre market engagement questionnaire. Please ensure you download and read the document entitled ‘P0810 - Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire’, which is available from the 'CFT documents' area of this CFT. Your Pre Market Engagement document must be completed and submitted as an attachment via the Qualification envelope this CfT. The deadline for receipt of clarification messages will be 15:00 (UK time) on Monday 18th May 2026. The deadline for submission of a completed questionnaire is 15:00 (UK time) on Friday 22 May 2026. If your organisation has multiple branches or locations, please ensure that only one questionnaire is submitted on behalf of your organisation. This applies regardless of the number of offices or locations an organisation may have.
