Written market survey (RFI): Framework agreement market analysis and customer dialogue

AtB AS plans to procure a framework agreement for market analysis and customer dialogue services. AtB currently carries out many surveys in Trøndelag, such as, amongst others, travel habit surveys, customer satisfaction amongst AtB customers, and focus groups. Several different methods are currently used to reach both customers and inhabitants in Trøndelag, in which both qualitative and quantitative data is wanted. In addition to questionnaires, AtB is also interested in automatic information on travel habits and customer satisfaction, for example, through the use of technology such as network becons. Lot 1: AtB intends to obtain an insight into the services that are requested and the supplier market that offers these through a (short) written market survey (RFI). The plan is to use feedback and input from the written market dialogue as a basis for the work on the tender documentation, as a measure to ensure the correct format for the coming tender. The document with questions is attached to the notice, and we hope that several suppliers will use this possibility to answer our questions. The target group is suppliers of qualitative and quantitative market surveys and/or suppliers of automatic information on travel habits and customer satisfaction. We would like suppliers to answer all the questions that they can answer, but this is not a prerequisite for submitting an answer in the market survey. The deadline for respondingl is 14.03.2022, at 23:59. Emphasis is put on the fact that AtB has client confidentiality and your responses will be dealt with confidentially.
