We are advertising a tender for the all our scaffolding operations, including design, erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling for our "Day-To-Day" requirements plus all our "Capital" Requirements within Swansea Council. The framework is split into 2 separate LOTS, which are detailed below, and it is the Council’s intention to enter into a Framework Agreement with 3 Suppliers per LOT unless fewer bids are received.There will be an opportunity within the Selection Questionnaire included in the tender documents to state which LOT/S you are applying for:-Lot 1: Capital Housing WorksLot 2: Housing Works (Maintenance)Your organisation will ONLY BE ALLOWED TO TENDER FOR ONE LOT, please advise as above which LOT you wish to be considered for in theSelection Questionnaire to be completed On-Line on E-tenderwales.
