Provision of ART Services (Advice, Event and Project Management, Administrative Support)

Description

The ECB is looking for providers who can support the ECB on the provision of art services related to professional advice, event and project management as well as administrative support (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Services’). In particular the contractor should support the ECB on the management of the existing ECB Art Collection, comprising around 480 artworks, as well as the organisation and execution of regular art exhibitions and other art related projects. The Services and related deliverables shall be provided in English (apart from the collaboration with local, external service providers that will be performed in German language). Lot 1: The spectrum of services to be delivered to the ECB touches upon the following topics: • providing expertise on state-of-the-art collection management and by reflecting upon ECB’s institutional role; display, communication and acquisition concepts as well as strategic advice on future developments. The services should either include the provision of curatorial expertise within the core team or the option to consult the ECB on available candidates and subcontract experts for curating ECB’s art exhibitions in order to identify the most suitable expert with regard to the designated country exhibition: • providing event and project management services; • providing substantial administrative support on the collection management, the Art Committee’s work and resulting follow-up activities; • coordination of ECB’s internal and external art related outreach measures, including ECB’s Art App (contract and content management, content production).
