Establishment of Panel for Occupational Medical Advisory Services to the Health and Safety Authority

Description

Service providers will be required to provide expert medical advice to the Authority in the area of occupational medicine to include but not limited to the preparation and development of policy and guidance on workplace health and workplace medicine and where necessary to assist the Authority in discharging the functions set out in Section 63 of the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 as required. Please note this service is not to be confused with a separate occupational health service provided for the Authority’s staff. As the subject matter of this competition is considered as a Title III service within the context of Directive 2014/24/EU, the Contracting Authority is establishing a Panel.
