Description

In summary, the Services comprise: the provision of a comprehensive, high quality, flexible and responsive catering service to TUS Thurles, Clonmel and Clare Street Limerick, campuses only. The relationship with the successful tenderer will be managed by TUS or a wholly owned subsidiary of TUS. Customers of the service include University students, staff, visitors, stakeholders and commercial clients. The University expects the service to incorporate continuous development, foodservice innovation, focus on healthy food and support sustainable development. There is currently no requirement for catering services under this tender in the Athlone, Moylish or Ennis campuses. Please note that Tenderers are required to bid for all 3 campuses.T ender submissions for individual campuses will not be accepted. During the life of this contract TUS may require additional catering services currently not provided on either existing or new campuses. It is anticipated that a separate tender process will be undertaken to cover catering services at Moylish Park campus.
