The enabling works contract will consist of the diversion of the existing watermain from the location of the future building, the provision of all water infrastructure, including a pump station, c. 900m of rising main along the existing local road, including valves, chambers, and fittings, a waste water treatment plant, and horizontal flow reed bed percolation system.
