Award of contract - Framework agreements for suction and flushing services for the Hålogaland region, Viken region, and eastern region (7 independent sub-contracts)

Description

This contract will primarily cover the need for services concerning the emptying, inspection, and cleaning of oil and fat separators, sand traps and septic tanks, steaming ice plugs, as well as turn-out assignments for high pressure flushing of. blocked pipes, filming pipes, etc. The service will also cover the disposal of retrieved material at legal reception sites, i.e., non-dewatered septic sludge, animal bi-products, and sludge from fat separators, oil polluted matter, oily sand trap sludge/sludge from oil separators, etc. Lot 1: The retrieved material that is seen as hazardous waste must go through a final treatment in accordance with the current rules, and the tenderer will be responsible for the correct classification and waste declaration. See the price sheet, part 4 for details on which locations have what types of waste. Duration of the contract: The framework agreement period will be 2 (two) years. The contracting authority can extend the contract for up to 1 (one) + 1 (one) year + 1 (one) year, to a maximum of 5 (five) years from the actual start-up date.
