The Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (The Trust) is conducting this Preliminary Market Engagement exercise regarding the provision of a contract for both planned servicing and maintenance, testing as well as any reactive servicing, of its medical gas pipeline system (MGPS) at Nottingham City Hospital. The contract is required to ensure the Trust complies with Health Technical Memorandum (HTM) 02-01 as well as applicable standards and relevant legislation. The purpose of this PME exercise is to gauge interest from the market, understand its capability to deliver the Services and seek your views to inform any eventual procurement exercise undertaken by the Trust. The objective is to identify and mitigate any potential issues to help ensure a “right first time” approach to any eventual procurement exercise. Suppliers are invited to download the PME document via the e-Tendering portal for more information. Included within the document is a brief questionnaire. Suppliers are encouraged to respond to these questions which will help inform and shape the procurement process.
