The purpose of this Market Consultation document is to provide prospective candidates with background information on the intended nature, structure and scope of a proposed contract for the provision of a pantograph monitoring system to be utilised on the DART network and to seek feedback that will help Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) in developing its understanding of how the market might receive this Project. This Market Consultation document is being issued as part of the market sounding exercise being undertaken by IE in advance of a planned procurement competition which is intended to be advertised by placement of a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union in Q3/Q4 of 2024
