Chemicals for culturing cells and micro-organisms

The tender includes various chemicals, reagents, blended chemicals and kits for culturing and work with cells and micro-organisms, among other things: - complete media and supplement mixtures, in solution and dehydrated - ingredients for media (carbohydrate-, fat-, protein-, vitamin- and mineral sources) - growth factors and hormones - serum - chemicals for coating cell culture surfaces and dissociating tissues and cells - antibiotics and antimycotics - various chemicals and reagents for use in cell/tissue work, for example, buffers, separation media, transfection reagents, kits for measuring cell health etc. Lot ANSK-0178-20-1: Media, supplements, blended chemicals and kits for culturing of eukaryotic cells/cell work Framework agreement for the purchase of media, supplements, reagents and kits that are used for daily cell culturing work. OsloMet Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences Lot ANSK-0178-20-2: Various chemicals for culturing cells and micro-organisms ●Chemicals and biochemicals that are suitable/intended to be used for cell work associated with the establishment, cultivation and maintenance of eukaryotic cell and tissue cultures ● Chemicals and biochemicals that are suitable/intended for use for culturing of micro-organisms ●This includes nutritional supplements for media (carbohydrate-, protein-, fat-, vitamin- and mineral sources), coating and dissociation product chemicals and common growth factors, hormones and etc. Chemicals that facilitate or are necessary for culturing cells are also included (for e.g. Antifoam agents, stabilisers, buffer components etc.). Not blended chemicals (with few exceptions, see tender documents). The procurement will be carried out on behalf of the following contracting authorities in addition to UiO. OsloMet Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences Lot ANSK-0178-20-3: Antibiotics and antimycotics Antibiotics and antimycotics in solid and liquid form, including mixtures for use in culturing of eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells. The procurement will be carried out on behalf of the following contracting authorities in addition to UiO. OsloMet Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences Lot ANSK-0178-20-4: Media and medium ingredients for cultivating micro-organisms. Ready-made media, complex supplements and mixtures intended for addition to microbiological culture media. This includes mixed/complex nutrient components (protein/amino acid-, carbohydrate-, fat-, vitamin- and mineral sources), as well as chemicals used to facilitate cultivation (for e.g. Anti-foam agents, agar etc.). The procurement will be carried out on behalf of the following contracting authorities in addition to UiO. OsloMet Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences Lot ANSK-0178-20-5: Serum for cell cultivating media FBS/FCS and other sera for addition to cell culture media. See the tender documents.
