In line with the national ambitions set out in A New Era for Irish Tourism – National Tourism Policy, which identifies food and drink as a core component of Ireland’s world class visitor experience offering, Fáilte Ireland seeks to develop a comprehensive National Culinary Tourism Strategy. This strategy will strengthen Ireland’s position as a world class food destination, enhance visitor experiences, and support local producers, hospitality businesses, and communities, contributing directly to the policy’s goals of regional development, sustainability, and sectoral resilience.
