Production of audiovisual products, mobile applications and electronic publications based on HTML

Description

The contractor shall assist the Publications Office of the European Union with all technical tasks related to the analysis, design, production, maintenance and dissemination of audiovisuals, mobile applications and other electronic publications for dissemination on any media. The contractor shall assist the Publications Office of the European Union with all technical tasks related to the planning, preparation, editing and production of audiovisual material in the common streaming media formats suitable for use on websites, mobile applications, electronic documents or any other electronic support. The contractor shall assist the Publications Office of the European Union with all tasks related to the analysis, definition, planning, preparation, production, publishing and maintenance of mobile applications for any mobile platform (e.g. iOS, Android, Windows, etc.) normally for distribution through the app stores (Apple App store, Google Play, Windows Phone Store, etc.) or on the Web (in case of progressive Web apps). The contractor shall assist the Publications Office of the European Union with all technical tasks related to the analysis, definition, planning, preparation, production, publishing, hosting and maintenance of electronic publications based on HTML to be disseminated in any electronic media.
