This procurement exercise is for the appointment of a highly experienced and established company to deliver and install Hostile Vehicle Mitigation for 5 events that are taking place across a 9 month period. Lot 1: Award of Contract follows a procurement process which was conducted in accordance with the Councils Standing Orders relating to Contracts 1st January 2026 and the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 using the Open procedure.
