Solar panel roof-covering work

Description

Holmlia school is a secondary school with 350 pupils and 35 teachers, address Nordåseveien 3. The school is from 1984 and it consists of a teaching building and an administration building, as well as a lift building and footbridge. The school's total gross area is 5100 m2. The school shall be upgraded, starting summer 2018. The outer roof is a purlin roof with pitched roof surfaces that face south west. The roofs shall be completely renovated. The roofs currently have roofing tiles that shall be replaced with solar panels on surfaces that are suitable for the production of electricity, a total of approx. 1800 m2. The renovation work shall be carried out as a general contract, contract K201. This contract consists of the delivery and assembly, connection and testing of solar panels on the roof, contract K602. The solar panel modules on the roof of the administration building shall provide electricity for Holmlia school, whilst the solar panel modules on the teaching building shall provide electricity to Lusetjern school.
