Description

To engage consultants to support Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council Tourism and Economic Development to undertake a detailed assessment of the current and future skills requirements of the County, incorporating both demand (expansion and replacement) and supply-side analysis of the labour market. The study will provide a robust evidence base to inform policy, including: A baseline analysis of employment and skills characteristics across the County; Forecasts of sectoral and competency-based skills needs to 2030; Assessment of skills supply pipelines across higher and further education providers; Engagement with key stakeholders including enterprise, education providers and representative bodies; and Development of practical, time-bound policy recommendations aligned with the strategic objectives of the Contracting Authority.
