The objective of the agreement is dual: 1. Enter into a mutually binding partnership agreement with 2-4 suppliers that shall ensure the police reliable and flexible access to consultants within the main categories development, data, design and product management. The consultants shall contribute to product development in the Norwegian Police, henceforth referred to as competence area A 2. Enter into a framework agreement with 2-4 providers for the main categories project and team management, architecture, test and quality management, security, data protection and technicians, henceforth referred to as competence area B Lot 1: The objective of the agreement is dual: 1.
