Description
The scope of the requirement is to conduct an independent, comprehensive review of the University's current policies, procedures, and practices relating to the prevention, reporting, investigation, and resolution of complaints, with the aim of ensuring they are appropriate and effective, aligned with sector best practice and legal and regulatory obligations and reflect, and adequately address specific issues identified by the University. This will conclude with a final report including recommendations for policy, process and practice improvements and a suggested implementation roadmap and timeline. ## Contract award
