Enova is an important means for Norway to deliver it's climate obligations and the adjustment to low emissions society. We want to build a new business platform, platform 42, that can provide the digital foundation of our business and in our business and tool development. Platform 42 will be our toolbox for digitising of energy and climate instruments with sustained change in the market as the end result. Enova is in development, and we want a supplier who will develop along with us. We are seeking a collaborating partner who challenges and allows themselves to be challenged in order to contribute to the necessary restructuring for a low emissions society. The main goal of the procurement of digitising for vigorous change is to lay the foundation for Enova to be a data-driven organisation. A framework agreement will be entered into for the further development of platform 42 as well as to enter into a contract for first call-offs under the framework agreement. The first call-offs will deliver integration platforms, client master and solutions for target market dialogue.
