Procurement of a parallel framework agreement for artificial grass pitches and other activity and sport facilities The Agency for Urban Environment carries out several sports facility projects each year. The projects vary in size and complexity; from simple renovations to new establishments. The projects often require the procurement of, amongst other things, condition assessments, engineering design services, ground work, electrical work, and goods deliveries. The procurement comprises new buildings and renovations of sports facilities (primarily artificial grass pitches). The framework agreement will have individual call-off contracts that will be awarded as partnering contracts based on the NS 8407 standard, but adapted to the partnering model. The contracting authority is entering into a contract with maximum 4 tenderers for two years, with options for two years (2+1+1). See the tender documentation for further details. Lot 1: The Agency for Urban Environment carries out several sports facility projects each year. The projects vary in size and complexity; from simple renovations to new establishments. The projects often require the procurement of, amongst other things, condition assessments, engineering design services, ground work, electrical work, and goods deliveries. The procurement of a parallel framework agreement for artificial grass pitches and other activity and sports facilities will contribute to the goal that the Agency for Urban Environment facilities physical activity through the investments and maintenance of sports facilities. The procurement will contribute to good capacity and breadth in sports facilities. At an operative level the procurement will ensure that the Agency for Urban Environment constructs new buildings for and the renovation of sports facilities (primarily artificial grass pitches) in a resource efficient way. The framework agreement will have individual call-off contracts that will be awarded as partnering contracts based on the NS 8407 standard, but adapted to the partnering model. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with maximum 4 tenderers for two years, with options for two years (2+1+1). The contracting authority assesses that the value of the framework agreement will probably be between NOK 0.8 million and NOK 1.2 million excluding VAT for phase 1 and between NOK 7 million and NOK 15 million excluding VAT for phase 2. The volumes are an estimate and are not binding for the contracting authority.
