Aberdeenshire Health & Social Care Partnership (AHSCP) has undertaken a significant redesign of its in-house Home Care Service, resulting in the introduction of a new Reablement Care Pathway. The service aims to support individuals to regain, maintain, or improve their independence through a strengths-based, outcome-focused approach. The project will design and deliver an interactive digital training programme that equips Reablement & Response Assistants with the knowledge, practical skills, and behavioural competencies required to deliver high-quality reablement services. Aberdeenshire Council own their own training platform which would be utilised for delivery of the training.
