Housing Needs Study

Description

Rotherham MBC seek to appoint an organisation to conduct a Housing Needs Assessment & Supported Housing Strategy. The study will be expected to inform the Council of the different needs of its residents and the number and types of homes required to meet this need, through a survey and by analysing the housing market, affordability, demand for affordable housing and specialist housing need. The Supported Housing Strategy will be produced from the findings of the assessment, which shall be compliant with government guidelines Local Supported Housing Strategies. Please note, whilst this notice states the contract was signed on the 23 July 2026, this date has only been included to enable the notice to validate.
