NI Assembly Commission - Consultancy Support Services for Corporate Systems Project BR-060-2020

Description

The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (the Assembly Commission) invites tender bids for the contract to provide consultancy support services for corporate systems project. The Assembly Commission is currently undertaking a project to review its current corporate systems and the associated processes, particularly around human resources, payroll, financial management and procurement administration and sourcing. The Assembly Commission is seeking to appoint a supplier who has recent and relevant experience in reviewing, revising and advising on corporate system solutions, both at strategical and operational levels. They should also be able to advise and support all stages of the project from conception and business case preparation, through procurement stages and into implementation phases. This contract will be awarded to one supplier for a period of 24 months. There will be three optional extension periods of up to one year each. After the implementation of the new solution(s), the Assembly Commission may require further support during the extension periods to provide assistance in the management of those solution(s) and system(s) contract(s) e.g. for supplier performance reviews. If there is any further ad-hoc support required beyond the contract period, this will be considered and commissioned as the need arises. It is the intention that the highest ranked tender submission will be awarded this contract.
