Verdal Municipality needs to enter into a contract for the procurement of services in order to ensure that inhabitants in Verdal Municipality have follow-up, so that they are taken care of in the best possible way, in accordance with the Health and Care Services Act and the Social Services in Work and Welfare Management Act, during and after serving time in prison.
