FLS is considering options to procure a solution that will initially focus on transforming our Finance and Procurement functions on a centralised data platform. This will provide the platform upon which to deliver a more integrated and data-driven business model. The requirements of other business areas, as detailed in the attached documents, will be reviewed and options considered as part of this transformation. FLS would like to explore options to digitally transform its Finance and Procurement activities so that it can take advantage of new technologies and ways of working that will benefit FLS teams, customers and suppliers. This solution should be modern, integrated, and modular with a centralised data platform. It should be able to integrate with 3rd party systems, operate in real-time, provide business intelligence and deliver an intuitive and user friendly experience. FLS would also like to explore options for other parts of the business whose systems and system interfaces will be directly impacted by this change, namely Sales and Marketing, Fleet Management, and other business units responsible for operations and outbound logistics (e.g. Plant and Seed Supply).
